Paul & Joe Pearl Powder
The packaging for this pearl powder is very pretty, the box is covered in blush tone flowers and a blue background.
The packaging on the product it a vintage plastic blush pink. And has navy flowers around the bottom of the product.
This 05, and is a powder shimmery blue. (Chill)
This is a shimmer powder, and is not meant to be very pigmented. However it is decently pigmented.
